Charles m. baker

​​Mr. Charles M. Baker has selflessly dedicated his life and career to helping people. Under his leadership and industrial expertise, GNWAB has become the first nonprofit Glove OEM with eight FDA cleared 510K's to manufacture nitrile examination gloves, natural latex examination gloves, and natural latex surgical gloves. This will create jobs and economic security for the blind, visually impaired, severely challenged, and veterans.
 
Since 1999, Mr. Baker has been the owner, President and CEO of MCB Lighting and Electrical, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and a licensed commercial electrician with more than 30 years of experience managing complex electrical systems up to 69KV.  Mr. Baker is a former Air Force 9-Level mechanical and electrical shop superintendent assigned to Joint Base Andrews "Home of Air Force One".
 
Mr. Baker was one of the forefathers spearheading energy efficient lighting into the federal sector and made significant improvements to the federal government's strategic sourcing initiatives for lighting products and services and how they were purchased. His strategic sourcing suggestions lowered the cost of lighting products purchased by the government directly from the lighting manufacturers up to 75%. Mr. Baker has the DoD record of 73 energy related ideas approved by DoD that lowered the total lighting system cost by more than 30% for over 300,000 buildings and 200,000 unoccupied buildings. Mr. Baker was the first military member ever to receive the 1994 Individual Federal Energy and Water Management Award, an award so distinguished he received a letter from the President of the United States and attended a Congressional Ceremony for the award winners.

Bradford E. Cook, Esq.

Bradford E. Cook, Esq. is an attorney at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA. Brad is head of the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate, Government Relations and Not-for-Profit, Charitable and Religious Institutions Practice Groups. He is a past President of the firm and has practiced with Sheehan Phinney since 1973.

Brad represents many colleges and schools, religious organizations throughout New England, and hospital, nursing home and other charitable and other not-for-profit clients, and practices general corporate law. He writes a regular column, “Cook on Concord,” which appears in the New Hampshire Business Review.

As head of the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Department, Brad counsels clients on drafting estate plans, planning for management of their affairs during retirement, senior living arrangements, and avoiding or minimizing the need for probate. He supervises the other attorneys and paralegals who handle Estate Planning and trust administration and probate of decedents’ estates from all of the firm’s offices. He is a member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council.

Frank J. anderson, Jr.

​Frank Anderson is a Retired Brigadier General, United States Air Force and graduate of the Defense Systems Management College, Air Command Staff College, Industrial College of the Armed Forces, and has a masters and bachelors degree (Cum Laude) in business.  He previously served as Commandant of Defense Systems Management College, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force Contracting, and Air Force Competition Advocate General. He has served as a major weapon system program director, product group manager, director of contracting for a major acquisition center, commander of a plant representative office, and contracting officer, with an unlimited contracting warrant. He is Level III certified in both Program Management and Contracting.  Frank Anderson is the recipient of the Department of Defense Distinguished Civilian Service Award (2004 and 2010) and the Distinguished Presidential Rank Award (2007). These two awards are the highest performance excellence awards presented by the President and Secretary of Defense to federal civilian employees.  He also received the National Contract Management Association's Herbert Robach Memorial Award, and The Ability One Osborne A. "Oz" Day Award (2009), the highest awards presented by these Associations.

In 2002, he was recognized in the Corporate University best-in-Class (CUBIC) Awards as Corporate University Leader of the Year. In 2004, Frank Anderson was selected Chief Learning Officer of the Year by Chief Learning Officer magazine. Also, DAU was selected as the top corporate university in America by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Best Award.  In 2005, 2006, and 2007, DAU was selected by Leadership Excellence magazine for the best Leadership Development Program in the military / government sector.  In 2006, DAU was again selected as, “Best Overall Corporate University,” “Best Mature Corporate University,” and as, “Best Virtual Corporate University.”   In addition, Frank Anderson was again selected as “Corporate University Leader of the Year for 2006”.

Louis J. Celli, Jr.

Louis Celli is an expert business strategist who has represented medium and large companies engaged in federal relationships at the Administration and Congressional levels. He is currently a senior partner and Chief Operating Officer of Logos BZ, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business serving federal clients, and their contractors in the areas of healthcare innovation, technology, and associated services. He also serves on the Board of Directors and as Executive Director for Policy Vets, Inc., a national nonprofit that researches policy initiatives and educates the public on issues affecting the military and veteran communities.

Mr. Celli has worked with, and for, a number of innovative companies as well as serving as Executive Director for The American Legion, the largest Veteran Service Organization in The United States out of Washington, D.C. where Lou managed strategic operations for the Legion’s; National Security, Veterans Affairs, Legislative, Veterans Employment, Education, and Entrepreneurship programs. He was also the principal spokesperson for more than two million members before; Congress, the White House, Department of Veterans Affairs, The Department of Defense, The State Department, The Department of Labor, and the Small Business Administration; and managed an annual budget of over 12 million dollars.

Mr. Celli testified regularly before congress and has assisted with legislative language on hundreds of bills, as well as several important pieces of legislation that have been signed into law. He has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, NPR, and is frequently quoted in print and online media, and meets regularly with senior White House officials to discuss military, veteran, and national policy issues.

Following his 22 year career in the United States Army, Master Sergeant Celli spent 10 years training and helping veterans start and grow their own businesses. As CEO of a Boston based nonprofit, Mr. Celli raised over a million dollars in grant money, trained thousands of veterans and helped countless veteran-owned businesses as they worked to navigate the federal procurement process.

Louis is a graduate of Harvard University, a native of Boston Massachusetts, attended the Northeast Regional Police Institute and was a Sergeant in the Middlesex County Reserve Deputy Sheriff’s office before moving to Washington D.C.. Together with his wife Elise they have 6 children ranging in age from 20 to 30 years old.
